Richland Memorial Hospital is dedicated to providing the highest level of service excellence. Every patient’s experience matters to us, and we value patient feedback in helping us to continuously improve our quality of care.

Richland Memorial Hospital works with an independent patient satisfaction survey company, Arbor Associates, that performs our surveys by telephone. If you receive a call from Arbor Associates, we encourage you to complete the survey.
